About Caption-Lagao

Caption-Lagao adds word-timed captions to talking clips in the browser. Creators use it for English, Urdu, Hindi, Roman Urdu, Hinglish, and mixed speech on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube.

Who runs it

Caption-Lagao is an independent web product operated at captionlagao.com. It is not owned by, and is not an official partner of, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, CapCut, or Google. What it does

You upload a video that stays on this device. Audio is sent to speech-to-text (or transcribed on-device when that path is used). The editor lets you correct lines, pick a caption style, and export a burned-in MP4 plus SRT. Roman Urdu is a first-class output so Urdu speech is not written as Hindi Devanagari. English and other languages stay in the script you choose.

What it does not do

It is not a full video editor. It does not cut footage, add music, generate a script from a topic, or post to social platforms for you. It does not invent view counts or require a paid plan to export without a watermark. It does not write Instagram photo quotes or bios.
